@hausofdecline I don't know about reddit memes but "dress go spinny" is second only to "dress has pockets" in terms of dress/skirt-related joy.

For those that don't know, Reddit's reputation for uncoolness extends to its Trans users who some view as meme-poisoned, one of the most popular memes being 'dress go spinny/skirt go spinny.' You stop judging these people once you realize everyone is a little bit Reddit.

@thedirtbird I'm really bad with this - knowing solo artists & bands and then not realizing they're the same thing (ie, Bjork/Sugarcubes, Joe Walsh/The Eagles) so I can absolutely see this happening. The "for years" is a bit rough tho.
