There is no limit to what @Myntra can do when it comes to harassing their customers. Zero customer service. Their vendors have the guts to send wrong products and still reject customer's return request.

@Myntra marked all my complaints as resolved in their app without providing any help or resolution.

No resolution from @Myntra The concept of customer service is non-existent at Myntra. I was forced to cancel the return request. When I decided to get rid of the wrong product by choosing another reason for return, I realised the exchange/return window was closed.

@Myntra You are the best example of pathetic customer service! Please continue to be mechanical. No resolution even after 24 hours of customer roar.

I have placed the return request several times according to the procedure given in their app, but the incorrect product keeps coming back to me! Myntra seems to be sleeping. They have no concern for this sheer customer harassment. @myntra @MyntraSupport

I feel absolutely devastated to need to write this post here. @myntra @MyntraSupport has failed to resolve my concern regarding a recent order I had placed through their app. I ordered a particular dress of a particular colour, but I received a dress of a different colour.
