I’m not exaggerating when I say it took years to get this group together! I worked at @abc15 three different times and these incredible people were with me for the first ride as I adjusted from Midwest living to the Sonoran Desert. ❤️❤️❤️

Books under the sun. Conversations in every corner. @TFOB is one of my favorite events, bringing in 100s of authors from across the country 100,000+ visitors. It's powered mostly by volunteers—people who love connecting authors and readers. See you in Tucson!

Jon Talton grew up in Phoenix and treasured it. But he brought a business journalist's eye to the city's development in his Republic columns in the early 2000s. azcentral.com/story/news/ari…

“We grew up together, Phoenix and I,” Talton wrote in his first column in The Republic. “It is my root and my touchstone.”

This marked the final formal council meeting for @cityofphoenixaz Manager Jeff Barton. After 26 years of service to Phoenix residents, he’s retiring.
Jeff Barton is a man of faith, family and integrity and will be greatly missed.
When COVID-19 hit, Jeff guided us by remaining calm, compassionate and always honest. Jeff has earned something rare in public life - genuine respect across every political perspective. Fiscal conservatives, progressives and moderates trust him.
Jeff, is leaving Phoenix stronger, more transparent, and more prepared for what comes next. Thank you, Jeff!
