Once the legitimate sign requests and MFA code, the victim is presented a request for a code as well in the malicious site. The code entered is then relayed to the legitimate sign in, allowing the attacker access to the account

Follow up on this attack: TOTP relay. Once the attacker phishes a victim successfully, the landing page/payload is a spoofed credential site. The victim signs in, the attacker relays those credentials to a legitimate request to sign in
