Personally just didn’t govern the city well during her term which is a big issue for me. Cop City, her APD George Floyd/Rayshard Brooks reactions, and then at the end she kind of just quit after a term(super rare historically for Atlanta mayors).

70% of digital transactions have to process through Atlanta. Tbh the city is fine but plenty of room for it to grow and improve which makes it exciting

It’s not recognized as much (considering how many legitimate urban basket cases there are nationwide), but Atlanta went from being a front runner to land Amazon HQ2 in 2017 to being passed over in favor of Miami, DFW and Nashville for virtually every big corporate relocation

i think her running for governor is timing..the timing of this midterm election is what’s most alarming. 4 years ago, people would have criticized her, but happily elected her (imo) with whats happening in the overall political climate, i think people are right to be concerned
