let me make sure i’m understanding this correctly the supreme court is refunding all tariff money back to corporations. the same corporations that didn’t pay a single cent of those tariffs to begin with. they passed every dollar directly to you through higher prices on everything you buy you went to the store and paid more for groceries. you paid more for clothes. for car parts. for literally everything. that money came out of YOUR pocket not theirs and now the refund goes to THEM? the corporations who used the tariffs as an excuse to raise prices even higher than the tariff itself and pocket the difference the american people funded the tariffs. the corporations profited off the tariffs. and now the corporations get a refund on money they never spent in the first place and nobody in washington thinks the people who actually paid should get the money back. not a single person has even suggested it guess we are never getting our DOGE checks either this country does not work for you. it works for them. it’s a joke and they’re not even pretending anymore

@crypto__keys @research2death @barneyxbt Even if your graph was correct a reduction in inflation is not a reduction in prices. It is only a slowdown in the rate at which prices go up.

The prices were more than 100% higher than they used to be. So they increased prices due to the tariffs and we paid for it. And now they will get refunded and we won’t.

When I went to Japan in the 90s they revered someone who looked like him. We had people follow us, ask to take our picture, ask us to hold their baby and take our picture. It was wild. I had a friend with red hair with me so that was very exciting for them. I wonder if it’s anything like that now.

I found their heating oil supplier & anonymously paid their bill for the winter. I now only give anonymously to families in need.

I hate to say it… But I’m struggling to be generous after all the fraud we’ve seen. There’s so few charities I trust now. I do a deep dive on a homeless charity… oh look, my tax dollars are funding that and it’s run by a Trump-hating Leftist. A Christian charity? Oh look, they’re helping illegal aliens. An education nonprofit? Oh look, it’s getting money from Left-wing political groups to send in Democrat activists to give lectures on LGBTQ oppression. Even my TAX DOLLARS I know are being used to fund some BS non-profit that probably has me on a list somewhere as an extremist and is actively trying to cancel me. It’s hard to be generous when I’m already being generously stolen from in taxes and when even the nonprofits aren’t actually solving the problems they reportedly exist to solve.

@mattvanswol I personally give to individuals I know. I see a person/friend say they are trying to get a device to walk. I give to them directly. But our foundation does give to some organizations like mises institute for example. We have to give to 501c3s for tax rules. Good ones exist.

This is the whole ethos of the dem party. They think they are being so compassionate when in actuality their policies are terribly harmful. That’s why many blacks will never claw their way out of poverty. Or they think they are so good because they “accept” trans people. Who go on to mutikate themselves and become more depressed and regretful. Dems=no understanding of consequences.
