Woman claims she doesn’t feel safe walking past any man. She says there’s always tension, especially if they make eye contact with her. Even if the man is minding his own business, she still feels very unsafe.

Police were diverting traffic because of a recent shooting, one of this woman’s children were in the vicinity of the crime scene and was retrieved by her sister with whom she was in telephone contact with, in her desperation she he made a hasty decision and disobeyed the officer who was directing traffic away from a scene and hit him with her car, I understand her concern and can see how this may have clouded her judgment, do you think this is a valid excuse for what she did ?
