There’s no evidence of this. People need to stop propagating misinformation. Even if they had wanted to, it would have been impossible because the Israelis were monitoring the borders and struck bridges and roads on routes into Lebanon.

@resist_truth They can't monitor underground tunnels in mountains of qalamoun & the coast/Homs countryside. Those strikes Israel conducted are no where near enough to wipe out decades of ammo storage, let's be real, also explosions weren't that large either.

@SayfHalab Over the span of few years it was regular weapon shipments, not what was said by the Australian Twink. Also the recent smuggling that was happening, was focused around smaller artillery rockets, drones and ATGM's.

@resist_truth And let's not forget that cross border smuggling still exists. In the years that passed during the Syrian war I'm pretty sure that it's more than enough time to smuggle most weapons. Nobody said they were emptied the same day of December 8. It likely happened over several years

If you look at the longer video, you can assume these mountain tunnels were incomplete. Again, the Israelis were heavily monitoring the border, and were restricting anything that moved. Also, as we saw right after the fall, Israel conducted over 300 strikes on missile bases and ammunition storage facilities.

@maz_prop @Ye2097 Maybe you should read what's being said. First that claim that was from Israeli media, second he said that, "Assad transferred most of Syria's best weapons to Hezbollah." What we do know is that a lot of the weapons were destroyed by Israel after the fall of Syria.
