@311Toronto over 2 hours on hold to solve a problem that YOUR department has caused with utility bill - how is this okay? How can you have people sit on hold fro this long?!
@freedomsupport is forcing me to go into a mall to return a phone and putting me (7 months pregnant) at risk in a pandemic because THEY forgot to send a shipping label to return a phone. This company has been nothing but terrible to deal with when trying to upgrade.
