Eating more food because you've exercised today when you're trying to lose weight... Is like working two jobs and saving your money in order to pay rent, but then splurging it all on a pair of sunglasses and a handbag the day before it's due. It’s a bit daft!

Protein shakes: Great as a habit builder for consuming more protein. Not great if you’re worrying about having one so quickly after your workout that you spill shampoo in the shaker.🥛+🚿=🤬
