I was a 2x MA state champion gymnast before injuries. Then varsity shot putter in highschool, then amateur natural bodybuilder / powerlifter until age 24.
It's amazing what is possible with less stress, age 40!

@RoaringHammy Most of my money goes to experiences with the family. From go kart riding to ropes courses, vacations, skiing, shows, sports events, etc.
It’s also made me a more lively person too. I love getting out of the house and enjoying these things.

As i grow older (i'm 44 now), i'm spending more money on experiences (going on more trips with my kiddos) than material goods now (i don't drive a new fancy cars or wear fancy clothes)... Are you like that too?
