“Energy Efficiency is great, as at the end of the day, he cheaper and most environmental energy is the one we don’t use.” Ludo Diels @ASPIRE_P4Planet, kicking off the panel discussion on challenges for the partners and potential for replication of #Retrofeed in other sectors.

👥Lastly, Tutku Özen from ASAS, explains how the Instanbul-based company has increased the energy efficiency & resource efficiency in the aluminium sector respectively by 18% and 57%, by enabling alternative raw materials while maintaining competitive, high-performance equipment.

🌟 Ângela Nunes, from SECIL, underscores #RETROFEED's contribution to the cement sector's environmental goals, reducing CO2 emissions by 11%. 🏗️ During the project, a new design for an industrial burner was developed & installed together with new sensors.

👥 Mircea Blaga from @SILCOTUB @Tenaris were able to integrate the #retrofeed methodology in the industrial process. On a personal note, Mircel was impressed by the complexity of the activities and the commitment of the partners from different sectors around 1 technology.

👥 Carlos Concepcion of TORRECID is taking the stage to discuss how #RETROFEED is making waves in the ceramic sector. 🌱 Thanks to the optimized waste gas recovery system, the company has a achieved reduction 15% of CO2 emissions and a reduction of water consumption of 20%.

👥First up, Francisca Galindo from @grupofertiberia is sharing her insights on #RETROFEED's impact in the chemical sector. After the pilot plant and the final results, steam consumption is expected to be reduced by 0.5 t/h, and Natural Gas by 40%.
