Unpopular opinion:
Your trading strategy is probably fine.
Your entries are probably fine.
Your analysis is probably fine.
What’s not fine:
You double your position size after a loss.
You move your stop loss when price gets close.
You close winners early because you’re scared they’ll reverse.
You take revenge trades on Fridays even after NFP.
Trading is 20% strategy.
It’s 80% not sabotaging the 20%.
Fix the 80% first.

Those three aren't equal though, and lumping them together hides which one actually ends accounts. Moving a stop or closing early hurts one trade. You give back some R, annoying but recoverable. Doubling size after a loss is the only one on that list that compounds. Two or three reds in a row while you're sizing up to win it back, and a normal losing run turns into a number you can't come back from in one session.
So if I had to kill one habit first it'd be that one. The other two are leaks. Revenge sizing takes you out entirely, because it scales up your risk right when the streak says it should be shrinking.
