"Boozy Bags Ready to Drink Cocktails" maker appears to be in #Kelowna & has advertised it as "Available across B.C." since May but #Vancouver @Return_It recycling depot refused to accept container. They scanned the bar code & said it wasn't in the system. boozy-bags.ca

Cashed in mere $54 of returnable containers. @Return_It recycling depots are bar code driven & staff wouldn't (at 1st) accept a Loblaws Iced Tea gable top cuz scanner didn't recognize container's bar code. I fussed & owner paid out the dime, blaming system & Loblaws. #Vancouver

Hi there - The CRF covers the cost of recycling a container after any unredeemed deposits and commodity revenues for that container type have been used. CRFs have been in place for beverage containers in British Columbia for more than 17 years. None of the CRF fees go to any level of gov't.

I received email from your customer support Kathryn who I had contacted several times. I wish you guys take care this claim more sincerely with your trust & respect to your customers. If someone intercepted the transaction between your customer and you online,it could be the problem of your company.

As a customer of @Return_it, I’m experiencing a troubling issue with a missing $109 e-transfer. Despite multiple confirmations from both my bank and Interac, the funds never arrived in my account. My bank suspects possible fraud, yet @Return_it hasn’t resolved the issue. I’ve reached out to their customer service #vancouversun #tronrosun #globeandmail

@katcol601 @CityNewsVAN We're told by @Return_It that 80% of #BritishColumbia single-use drink containers are recycled, incl. aluminum beer cans which - we are also told - can be remade into new cans in as little as a week. Be nice if Return-It would tell us specifics about beer can recycling.
