I’ve been advising corporate boys. If you’re done with school and you’re in your 20s earning between 5-10k a month, don’t try and rush the process bro. Yes times have changed but many families were raised on 3-5k a month. Just really plan your finances. If you can save 20% of your funds in a good bank for two years. Like 1k a month consistently to make 12k a year trust me you can top it up with a 30k loan and start something on the side. What you do on the side is what will support you. Just understand everything moves with time. A moving man will forever meet his luck.
