If Iran does this, it is committing national suicide. You tried this in Syria and it failed badly. You need regime change in these countries, but the day after remains undefined and it is thus an unsustainable situation. Iran cannot do the regional change it talks about through sectarianism or nationalism. These are dying ideologies and won't hold ground for long. You can win a war against the UAE militarily but lose it politically. Iran tried shiism and that was a catastrophe. Iran can only win via Islam.
