The only thing that makes Maoists closer to anarchists is that both anarchists and Maoists are more sympathetic to the peasantry than council communists, a similarity that is increasingly unimportant.

I feel like that title goes uniquely for council communists.

@Aspen1921 @NewPerspectives Do you need an organisation to organise? I thought you just need to talk to your workmates and neighbours and make plans. Any group of people can make a list of demands and then take action against bosses/landlords to make them happen

@NewPerspectives as no general union of anarchists exists and the options are lifestylism or organizing under big tent orgs that latter is obviously better

"platformists" will look you dead in the eye and tell you to be a lifestylist who makes organizationalist sounding tweets rather than get organized

(full story is I was 21 but still looked like a teen, so the masked person thought the cop was a nonce. Literally never saw the cop again after that! Imagine if every guy who ever creeped on teens faced even small consequences like that, and how many would just back off...)

When I started antiausterity activism I was stalked by a cop. He followed me at protests, tried to talk, put his hand on my arm which felt creepy! I was pacifist & didn't know what to do It stopped when someone in a mask punched him Nonviolence just empowers cops & creeps
