Not trying to make light of this particular situation AT ALL. But did recontextualize the speech as a put-upon nanny finally speaking out after 30 years against the long injustices within the childcare industry and I chuckled a bit. Then got real sad

Definitely my favorite Nanny episode so far. Will keep watching.
