@imneverresting i mean when you look at how pacific plays most of the time it’s not hard to see why a lot of people were saying that. it’s two teams that thrive in the current meta but prx genuinely just didn’t show up today

@cihywastaken a good example of what i’m talking about is certain pro players saying the haven mid window change was unnecessary and looked like it was done for people in lower ranks and yes, it probably was because patches have to also include fixes for people that aren’t immo/rad 😭

@rezeburger they're the one theorycrafting and strategizing, so yes, they should be the main focus of balance. if your play time is 200 hours and hs rate is below 10% then why should the game be shaped around you?

why not fix the fact that there’s an entire role of agents in this game that has been made useless LOL

@cihywastaken so 1-2% of the player base should get to decide the meta? it’s not about who’s better at the game, it’s a matter of who actually makes up most of the games community. a balance patch should never be done solely to fix pro play because they aren’t the only people on this game 😭

why is it so controversial to say that these balance patches shouldn’t be so geared towards making adjustments for pro play 😭 if most of the player base is diamond and below, yes i think there should be a smaller amount of balance changes made solely for the sake of the pros
