#HealthTip : There are 7 proven ways to improving health: Not smoking, regular exercise, healthy diet, keeping a normal weight, glucose, blood pressure and cholesterol. All other ways have a minor effect or are still unproven. Work on these proven ways first.

#HealthTip : Are your kids getting a lot of tooth cavities? Ask their dentist about dental sealants. They cover cracks before cavities start.

#HealthTip : Shaving your hair or cutting it very short does NOT make the hair grow stronger! This applies to head, face and body hair.
