@cannyfartright2 You have done brilliant Mazz, I’ve checked with my GP who has referred me to my heart consultants & they said no, I’m on injections for psoriatic/ arthritis too. Steroids do a great job, but put weight on you & make you bloated my face is bloated this week as I have a flare up.

@rfctmac Such a shame Tam u can't do MJ. I've lost 5 stone. Been off it since March and not gained. Steroids feel great don't they, but they come with a price. You look fab anyway 💗💗💗💗
