Mr Feathers with a good find - $UMAC interview post raise. Doesn't sound like acquisition, just scaling. Considering they had $100M before the raise - "we're gonna need a bigger boat". $70M in raw material orders. Just for Drone Dominance. Giggity. $LPTH and $UMAC continue to show zero reasons they won't be massive winners in time. ----------------- WDR: You did a pretty big raise overall, $150M, what are you going to use that money for? Evans: We’ll invest, it’s all for scale and capital. We just need a huge working capital stake, bigger than we had before. We don’t lose money. We just cap-ex scale, working capital faster. We need about a years worth of forward looking revenue to do it. We didn’t need the money today but we needed it by the end of the year. So we saw an opportunity to take it and put ourselves in a position to keep scaling faster. WDR: What are you able to do now after doing the raise that you couldn’t do before? Evans: As an example, for Drone Dominance, in a few weeks we have a $70M order for raw materials. That keeps stacking up as we keep scaling. So that allows us to maintain credit terms and material flow. So this cycle we could’ve afforded but next cycle it will double again so we’ll get a $150M order in September or October. So this lets us not get jammed up.

North Run has nothing left to convert - their last series G shares were exercised 3/25. $LPTH ➡️1591 series G shares converted to 740,000 common at a strike price of $2.15. Damn I am in the wrong business. ------------------------ A lot of this (or all?) was for G5 which changed the game for Lightpath so it is a relatively small price to pay for a transformational acquisition but it's a dead weight for now. North Run now has 3.28M common shares; $LPTH has 57.7M so they have 5.7% of the company. They tend to sell in batches just above $12. Amounts around in the 100K to 350K share count. So lets call it 200K per "episode". 3.28M / 200K per episode = 16 more sale batches IF they plan to do a total exit. That would be strange if they plan to hold their seat on the board but I don't know their plans. Maybe it was just to hold a seat until they completed exited their position. If they plan to stick around it would be less than 16 batches to go. Major sales dates post 1/5: 2/20, 2/25, 3/2-4, 3/17, 3/24-25. At least $LPTH's Mutombo has a name. Expect any move above $12 to be met with a "batch" sale -- until they exhaust their holdings.

$LPTH buyer at 10.30s disappeared today Bottom of box. If this breaks and it gets back below $9s will add to 28 LEAPs - that is where my last purchase was early Feb.

First it is awesome to have Sam tweeting. $LPTH Second Sam he doesn't have time to announce the $3-$5M orders anymore...too small to bother. Well this is nearly $10M. 🥳 All in 2026
