They were departing from 27L (southern runway) on 16th from 15:00 AND this morning 17th they are still departing from 27L. What has happened to the runway alternation?
Can we expect runway alternation at 15:00 to change departures to runway 27R (northern runway?

It's a fixed radio beam, radiating from an antenna next to the touch down point set at 3 degrees. That hasn't moved.
