Private Hospital में इलाज करवाने की ज़रूरत पड़ जाए तो एक आम परिवार का घर-गहने गिरवी रखने तक की नौबत आ जाती है।
अस्पताल में भर्ती होने से पहले ही ₹50,000-1,00,000 तक Advance रखवाया जाता है। अस्पतालों के कमरों का रेंट 5 स्टार के होटल से महँगे।
बेड मिलते ही बिल में thermometer-sanitizer-masks-gloves सब बिल में जुड़ना शुरू हो जाते हैं। जो दवाएँ बाहर डिस्काउंट पर मिलती हैं वो अस्पताल में पूरे रेट पर मिलती है। लैब टेस्ट मान्य होती है तो सिर्फ़ अस्पताल की।
आज संसद में ये ज़रूरी मुद्दा रखा।

So, in absolute dollar terms, Accenture is reinvesting 12X of TCS each year in future growth. The competitive gap is widening by 12X every single year.
It is Not AI. It is Lack of Desire.
a. Do you know who is the promoter of Accenture? No. Because it has no promoter. The concept of “promoter” and “family-owned” businesses is almost non-existent at a global level.
b. Due to no individual owner interest, global companies are unemotionally willing to invest in risk capital and continue to grow the business generation after generation.
c. In India, some first-generation entrepreneurs have fire in the belly, but the next generations that inherit the business simply want to hoard cash, preserve legacy, and invest in stock markets through family offices.
d. In some cases, even the first-generation becomes risk-averse quickly once it has made a few billions. (Like Narayan Murthy of Infosys, who threw away India’s chance to invest in OpenAI years ago.)
Indian IT Companies Use Employees as a Commodity
a. What is the asset of an IT services company? It has no plant & machinery. It’s only asset is its people.
b. If you review the Annual Reports or Concalls of Indian IT companies, you will see that the term “employees” is not even a part of the conversation. They don’t exist in their mindspace.
c. IT services companies don’t have the vision to build the world’s largest and most competitive talent pool in India by investing in training & development. They treat them as cattle.
d. Why? Because they are all family-owned businesses, where the owner has only one desire: to die wealthy. He has no other retirement goal except a Padma Vibhushan.

“In a free enterprise, the community is not just another stakeholder in business, but is in fact, the very purpose of its existence.”
Ask the TCS Board:
Do they even know that “community” begins with employees? Can you win with the world's most de-motivated workforce? If employees win, shareholders (Tata Sons) will automatically win.

@HondaCarIndia - please put a check on your service centre's . Honda has one of the best cars in the world - but centre's in Delhi - only goal is to steal buyers money. Yesterday onto a car service bill - 75% was charged as service charge and 25% part charges ...awful exp
