Big W from Jynxzi here. I think he is just a genuinely good dude and wanted to help someone he had fun playing with.
That being said cheating should always be a perma ban wether you are a streamer or not.

Jynxzi has beat Mooda on PC in a Rainbow Six Siege 1v1 for the very first time since his cheating allegations which led to a ban for a previous account "TOS breach" just a day ago a PC check was conducted showing no cheats downloaded as of recently.
