I have loved getting to know more about some of the women I work with over the last few weeks and hearing their thoughts on bias in the workplace. Today we're sharing our stories internally and encouraging genuine discussion on how to #BreakTheBias #IWD2022
Totara@totaralearning

For #IWD2022, we spoke to the talented, brilliant women of Totara to find out their thoughts on this year's theme - #BreakTheBias. Workplace bias against women, unfortunately, is a widespread problem, and we all play a part in eradicating it 🙅‍♀️ hubs.la/Q015tWFv0

Why it's important to share what you're learning WHILE you're learning it: If you wait until you're an expert before you start sharing you forget what it's like to be a beginner. Beginners are great teachers because they're only one step ahead of people who haven't yet started.
