I bought so much cheese yesterday the fridge smells like when you walk into a cheese shop. I’ve had to wrap the Bakewell tart that arrived yesterday in a plastic bag after @RadioAntiquity pointed out it might get infused in the cheese waft. 😬

So, i reckon this 40L+ limit is about setting up ready for the DRS to kick in. That requires draft to be worthwhile, and techincally it also needs to make growler demand better which should make bigger kegs viable too

@DanConn29519723 @TheBeakBrewery As this was a one off, we re primed with sugar as it’s a bit more reliable when you don’t know exactly where the beer will finish. If we ever did cask regularly I’d halt fermentation a couple points above FG and pack.

Keykegs really are fucking garbage aren't they. These have been dumped in domestic bins by a brewery taproom on the little island I'm holidaying on. Won't ever get recycled.
