@jerdopier No and Yes… A floorplan is just a 2D bunch of pixels. When you’re drawing your walls you could draw them in the correct place despite what the floorplan shows. This would work if the plan is just slightly incorrect. But no, we won’t update the actual floorplan image yet.

@Mac_WiFi I have wondered about that too. It took many years for the use of survey tools to be required by customers or management. ROI is not yet recognized. It must first become a biz case akin to e.g. ABS and smoke detectors. Mitigating the risk of DoS-to-self.

Why don’t more customers deploy Wi-Fi Sensors to help keep their WLAN healthy? E.G. Aruba UXI (Cape), Wyebot, 7Signal, Kubicon. The cost is a fraction of what they spend on WLAN hardware & licenses, Do they not work? #wifiq

@wifiwise Horror🫣. But only saw it for two of the 14 APs. They were very close in their MACs so I guess it is only in certain conditions. Still, let’s hope for a fix soon 🙏
