During the week I got an email from my brother and I saw the mention of a gift card but thought I'd sort it later. Friday I'm having lunch with a friend and I remember the email, think I'll look later. Yeah so it was a gift card for where I went for lunch with my friend 🙃🥲

On January 3rd my house lost power to the majority of the property due to the river nearby breaking it's banks and flooding to my home. Today, finally, after 133 days, my house has full electrics throughout. Still a long way to go before dull restoration but this is big.

Not me crying because my husband goes back to work on Monday and I had this sudden realisation it's just me and the baby and I have no plans or set things to do/places to be etc

And to top it off have their own dog go live with my sister so my reactive rescue can finally leave the kennels where she's been at emergency boarding since our house flooded early Jan and come be with us. (So my sister also deserves a shout out too really)

I hope to be as supportive as my parents are to me with my own child omg.

My fave dungarees brand have brought out what is definitely one of my favourite prints but I've said I won't buy until sometime next year when I know what size I'll be.. But also I just found a very similar baby version so now I'm tempted to buy both asap 🥲

@frankie_k88 She proceeded to play hard to get shortly after and everytime he tried to pet her she would run to her bed (we don't interact with her if she's on her bed). Then when he would go to walk away she would literally pounce off the bed again.

Not my husband giving my dog a treat if she agrees to be his best friend forever. He even made her shake on it. Pretty sure she only cooperated for the treat, she didn't care about the agreement.
