As much as I love the smell and feel of a paperback book, there are times where a physical book becomes inconvenient to my life and so audible has been a life saver for someone like me who loves to learn, be informed and read in general.

Currently watching. I’ve been thinking about why I felt the way I did after my month of using this platform and this pretty much sums it up. Knowing what you want and don’t want in the social media experience is so important.

Social media has a short attention span.

The ability to upset others is the greatest form of control.

Removing people from your life is a symbol of self-respect.

It hurts, the realization that the person you love no longer likes you but it feels good to know that there is possibly something better.

Word of advice. You make more room for joy when you refuse to entertain people who have no concern for your overall well-being.

Self love is detaching from people who make it difficult to be happy.
