Standing-room only last night at @Shaftesbury1911 as understudy Rhys Owen stormed it in the title role of @DoubtfireUK. A great show made even better by the sound of his grandmother sitting right behind me, laughing herself silly and then having a little cry at the end.

@Ryanair @askryanair today at Marco Polo Airport, a whole flight of people have seen some of the most devious, unprofessional, incompetent behaviour with zero regards for customer care or respect. Currently on our 10th hour in airport with €4 voucher as compensation. Shameful!
