#ACC2023 @ESC_Journals #EHJ Simultaneous Publication: We observed nonlinear declining trends for all-cause in-hospital mortality, vascular complications, and 30-day readmission rates against the hospital’s annual large-bore procedural (LBP) volume on restricted cubic spline curves. However, major bleeding showed an initial decline followed by an upward trend (after 300 procedures) at high-volume centers against the hospital’s annual LBP volume on a restricted cubic spline curve. All-cause in-hospital mortality showed declining trends for #TAVR and after about 150 procedures for non-TAVR LBPs, while major bleeding showed inclining trends for TAVR as well non-TAVR LBPs. academic.oup.com/ehjacc/advance…
