anong mali sa 5000 na rate? in fact 500sqm ang structure. hindi lang kasi “encode” iyon—estimate + checking + formulas. mukhang minamaliit niya hahahah kasi akala niya “madali lang,” pero kahit mabilis gawin for me, bayad pa rin iyong knowledge, accuracy, at oras ko. lalo na structural estimate iyan, hindi simpleng typing task lols. madali lang pala e, bakit pa kayo nag papa-commission? 😆 clients always say ‘madali lang’ right before asking someone else to do it 😆😝
