@fifferh He’s a victim of last summer’s transfer window. Lost Mbeumo and Wissa and replaced them with Dango and Nelson, so people had to look to him to step into those shoes when fact is he’s just not a 20 goal a season player. His return was good, people just set expectations too high.

@rianmbfc I can't deny he's frustrating but I think some people have been spoiled by our attacking quality of the past.
A solid 10 goal a season winger in the prem is not as common as some think. And whether it makes people roll their eyes or not he does work hard out of possession.

Honestly I'm not sure if there is a left winger in the market, achievable and affordable enough for Brentford to pull off, that will have a better season than Schade could.

Please be true.... Sangaré + a starting left winger in and Schade out (play Dango as a RW where he had his best game last season) makes this a 10/10 window. Only problem is this would be Roma's club record signing if it is €45m.

This was the correct decision, but one everyone could’ve told you should’ve been made about 2 months ago. Waiting until 3 weeks before the season starts to decide that you made a mistake keeping him is a complete mess of a situation.
