@EdinburghZoo Hi there, I totally understand. The only thing I'd say is that if there was one more member of staff at the gate to wave through members with cards it'd vastly reduce the queue, which is stressful with small children. Appreciate it's a busy week for you and thank for your reply.

@richsnowd Hi Richard, we're sorry you had to queue for entry. It was likely that existing members were just renewing their membership. We are busier at the moment due to the Easter holidays so queues are likely, even at the members gate. Our teams are working hard to get queues moving 💛

@EdinburghZoo Hi, my family wanted to use the members' gate today but it was also being used by people signing up for membership, blocking up the whole line. Do you think you could have another person allowing those with membership cards to enter? Thanks, Richard
