I’ve got a great feeling about the offseason St. Johns is about to have. The perfect storm has formed. 😉🌩️ Pitino hates losing. You know he’s not content with a Sweet 16. He’s chasing something much greater. Something he didn’t think he’d have another chance at achieving not too long ago. Repole couldn’t be more like Pitino. They both know what was once a long shot to accomplish at St. John’s, is now right in front of them, in arms reach. St. John’s has never been more appealing to talented players. The fan support is rock solid. The donor base is in lockstep. NIL is as strong as any program in the country. Finally have a competent AD & SID. A GM with a great recruiting record. Returning players who know the system & culture who can show new players the standard. I have the utmost confidence that the staff will craft a roster that’s capable of winning a national title. A roster that will gel together fast. One that all players share the same goal of winning a championship. We’ve got at least 3 more years with Pitino & based off what he’s accomplished in his first 3, a national championship is no longer a pipe dream. 🗽🏆 #SJUBB

@SJUDave Pitino has recognized it’s a whole new world in CBB and you need to manage it. Personally, I don’t like the nomadic culture but that’s irrelevant. Try to keep the kids you want and entice the best to join you. St. John’s is in a great position with a HOF coach and massive payroll
