@richtommo08 We definitely miss Elanga. Recruitment has been poor. Seen lots tonight about ‘player attitude’ but I think that’s unfair. Four mgrs, same guys overplaying.
Also, Edu has to go. Plus, maybe we miss that guy who left to join Newcastle? Can’t remember his name.

Apart from selling Elanga and Wood getting injured the nucleus of the team is the same? Recruitment has been atrocious but having only lost two pivotal starting players from last season I don’t get what’s gone wrong! Honestly don’t think it’s a manager problem!

@MikeJ_A Totally agree and Elanga put the ball where he needed it! The managers don’t really stray much from the regular starting eleven so I think it’s recruitment and player attitude that’s letting us down?

@richtommo08 Wood was and is the difference. A proper old style CF. Didn’t score many spectacular goals but his real skill was knowing how to be in the right place at the right time to get a tap in. He reads the game way above Jesus and Awonyi.
