Just a quick thought(s) on Trump reassigning ICE to work as TSA agents: 1. It shows Democrats are winning the DHS shutdown battle right now 2. The admin thinks travel headaches are being blamed on them, not congressional Dems 3. The optics of ICE operating as TSA won’t be good
