@TeamIsBrain @NAsdaghi @AHAMeetings @StrokeAHA_ASA That’s the next important question. As @Braindoc_MGH mentioned, before you place an ILR, consider whether you’re willing to AC that stroke patient if you do happen to find AF down the road. Their CHADS2VASC would suggest treatment with AC.

Happening now #ISC23. Keep looking for Afib post stroke. Even if the mechanism is large artery &lacunes. Median time to Dx of #afib after stroke was 99days. Don’t stop with just a holter. @AHAMeetings @StrokeAHA_ASA. STROKE-AF RCT
