Engineered wood-frame houses can be remarkably strong. Masonry homes, whether in Eurpoe of the US have a high thermal transmissivity, a fancy way of saying they are shit to insulate. The exception being in parts of Florida where building codes require homes are built with steel re-enforced poured concrete walls. Either way, the weak point will ALWAYS be the shape and structure of the roof which will be lifted off the house in very high wind conditions due to the bernouli effect, the same thing that lifts airplane wings into the air.

Curious how Nashville is going to look. Toyota has been really good but Elliott stole it in 2022, Ross in 2023, Joey in 2024, and Blaney last year. Chevrolet still has quite a bit of work to do and Nashville hasn’t been their best track lately. Ford just seems out to lunch completely outside of the 12.
