Unbelievable customer service from @Delta at FLL. Two passengers arrived at 2:00 PM yesterday, told to go away and return within four hours of their flight, they return at midnight, the conveyor belt isn’t functioning so Delta refuses their bags and says come back when we reopen at 4:30 am. Our flight boards at 4:30, so how with the TSA lines these days is that going to work? No chairs, food, or drinks down here. A huge line of people just waiting in wheelchairs because there is no seating for disabled, elderly, pregnant mothers, etc. Great job, @Delta. 👏🏼
