Absolutely not, let McCarthy stay
Take the pressure off him, let him actually get to practice each week without getting hurt, and since Murray's not known to be the most durable QB in the world, McCarthy should still get a couple of chances to play in 2026
If Murray ends up playing well in 2026, then you figure out what to do with McCarthy in 2027, but until then, let him take a step back for a year because it might end up being the best thing for his career
