🆕 New proposal: Ending RingDAO Support for Crab Testnet 🏛️ DAO: RingDAO @ringecosystem 🔗 Transaction: explorer.darwinia.network/tx/0x48297ab8b… 🔚 November 30, 2025 at 3:31 AM UTC 👉 gov.ringdao.com/proposal/0x3ef… This proposal outlines a plan for RingDAO to discontinue support for the Crab testnet and its associated cross-chain bridge. The Crab Chain was initially launched as a test network for Darwinia, but with the Darwinia mainnet now stable, maintaining a separate testnet is no longer necessary. The proposal aims to end support for the Crab testnet due to reduced testing demand, high maintenance costs, and the need for financial optimization. The long-term fate of the Crab testnet will be determined by its governance module. If approved, all support for the Darwinia ⇄ Crab bridge will end one month after the proposal passes. Users should redeem their assets via the provided bridge link. The proposal also includes recommendations for the Crab governance module to sunset the Crab Chain and compensate holders through a snapshot + airdrop process. #Governance #DeFAI #DAO
