@CallofDuty Please give me a campaign launch icon so I dont have to launch an app, restart it because of update, Find the campaign button, click it, wait for the app to close, wait for the campaign menu to launch, only to have to start over because campaign updated and restarted.

@hulu_support what is the fix for the RUNUNK13 error? This is ridiculous.

@hulu_support The device is a windows 11 PC, Chrome OS (Version 122.0.6261.112 (Official Build) (64-bit)) 570Mbs Down 30Mbs up. This is the only devise on the network, it is connected directly to the modem and I have reset the modem, the device and cleared cache and cookies.

@SoT_Support I and 3 of my crew spread over the US were all disconnected from our server and are unable to reconnect. All of us are getting Marblebeard but we all use different ISPs and are in different states. Any thoughts?

You will not get help. you will be given the run around till your case is closed with no assistance. Activision support is GARBAGE I have opened 3 cases with Activision all they will do is ask if the issue is still happening and then close your case.

I just kept being asked if the issue still exists. I still cannot finish the campaign and my case was closed after almost a month of zero assistance.

@ATVIAssist I opened a support case on October 29,2022. I have been unable to finish the single player campaign because the game continues to crash. The case was just closed. The only thing your team did was ask questions about the game and the setup. No solution was ever offered
