Today is a horrific day for Xbox. The culmination of corporate greed and project mismanagement, the refusal to let greatness emerge through a willingness to take risks. This account celebrates games, community and developers every day -- focused on those things happening at Xbox. I'm a fan of the people at Xbox and all their projects; but the horrible corporate side of Microsoft stands in the way of that way too often. I understand adjustments may be needed from time to time, and yes, that includes game cancellations. Xbox is a business, we all get it. The scale here is shocking though, and so is the way all of this goes public. This is not what Xbox should be about. I'm sorry to anyone affected by today's layoffs.
