@SusanVegas7 alongside the boring time constraints answer, the finale was very much for the fandom. they know we’d devote the time to theorising around the ending, and i think it’s actually quite lovely as one last sort of puzzle for us! :)

@ripnandermo I mean sure, that’s a great theory! But why not make that perfectly clear in the movie. It sure would have made the whole eradication thing much more bearable. Why leave us with crumbs again?
