50 high-protein meals. Less than a day of cooking. No weekly issues worrying about what to make. I did this because when food is already made, everything else gets easier. Training stays consistent. Nutrition stops being a daily decision. And I’m not guessing when I’m tired or busy. I kept this simple on purpose. Basic ingredients. Meals that freeze well. High protein. Nothing fancy. All of this was done with one crockpot, a few pots, and the oven. If you’ve got freezer space, you can do this too. And if this feels like a lot, it doesn’t have to be all or nothing.
