@CardiffRFCfan No news yet on whether Bowen and Emanuel will be available after having a lot of game-time with the U20s over the past three weeks. The same goes for Carwyn Leggatt-Jones at the Scarlets.

Very tricky in some positions to pick as we do have depth in a few areas now. Having to leave out Millard, Smit, Stephens and more is mental considering where we was a few seasons back.
