@riptoshreds3 yeah 💔 i struggle with chronic pain nausea and severe migraines , so when i’m awake it’s agony and when i can sleep i just have terrifying nightmares that make it even harder to sleep the next time . and then i’m upset bc i’m the one who created that dream so it’s my fault

seeing my psychiatrist today 🫩 i’m hoping i can be put on something for sleep that won’t fuck me up . i can’t function because i’m in bed all day . i can’t sleep at night and sleep during the day , only to have horrible nightmares and wake up so sick and stay in bed +

@emofoodhater_ In the same spot, cant sleep at all cause of the horrible nightmares and i cant fall asleep, cant stay awake cause i get massive headaches and nausea- literally NO winning😭

i was on trazodone a few years ago but it would make me faint . after that she never tried literally anything else and i have severe insomnia .
