3 years ago, I posted my first YouTube video about Web3 🎥
Now, I’m the host for @WOLF_WebThree Spaces and create content for @WOLF_Financial & @NEARFoundation

🚨 Btw, Huge Milestone‼️
I just saw that my video was featured on @NEARProtocol’s Official YouTube Channel! 2021 Cade would not believe that.
Anyways, let’s dive into what got me here...
𝟏. 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞🫂
When creating content, always ask: Who is your target audience? 🙏🏼
Does this audience align with your goals?
My goal was to work in Web3, connect with top leaders, and build credibility—not quick gains.
𝟐. 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐚 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 ✨
Instead of shilling meme coins, I focused on educational reviews, market updates, and podcasts with founders.
This value-driven content helped me gain respect and build credibility in the industry.
𝟑. 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 🤑
Within weeks of posting videos, I monetized my content through commission reviews. Consistency is key!
Posting 3 videos a day across platforms helped me grow and get the attention I needed. Eventually, the inbound requests were overwhelming.
The key here is to swing while the iron is hot, and sacrifice sleep if you have to. Get it done. More more more.
𝟒. 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬. 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 🛜
Hosting 1-2 podcasts a week with Web3 Leaders also paid off after a few months, and I was able to secure some long term sponsorships for that.
Those podcasts are also how I was able to build relationships & learn how to manage a schedule & work with people (often times with much busier lives that me).
Each time I landed a really interesting guest, I'd look to see if there was a natural next, where I could name-drop the previous guest and continue the momentum.
You can even ask your guest (if they had a good time ofc) if they have anyone you think would be a great fit for the show.
𝟓. 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 💰
I wanted to travel for free, so I reinvested my income into myself.
I paid for & attended crypto conferences and made EPIC, cinematic vlogs.
Then I would tag everyone in the video to drive engagement. That creates it's own version of hype and "fomo"
Soon, sponsors started covering my trips. A win-win for everyone!
𝟔. 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐯𝐞 & 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐬 🐻
These skills helped me survive the bear market and make valuable connections. I put just enough money aside & grinded in order to stay full time, and continue building connections & posting content.
I created opportunities that weren’t there before, and now I’m living the dream with the coolest gigs in Web3.
𝟕. 𝐀𝐧𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐃𝐨 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 👊
This journey isn’t just for me. Anyone can do it! The key is to learn, stay humble, and keep iterating. It’s a process, but the rewards are well worth the effort.
I'm still very much in the middle of that grind. Very much at the beginning of a career. I don't mean to preach, these are just things I've learned.
